Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare for Collection

    Ensure the sofa is in its original, pristine condition and securely wrapped; our team will schedule a professional white-glove pickup from your residence.

  • 3.
    Inspection Process

    Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our master craftsmen will inspect the leather and frame to verify it meets our resale quality standards.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus a standard 15% restocking fee and initial delivery charges.
